Strengthening SHONGHOTI include the formation of its executive committee. After 19 years SHONGOTI formal election was observed for the first time on 21 November 2023 and form the EC 9 members for the period of 2024-2026 where

Deputy Chairperson (2) One is Akkhye Nari shongho- Narayanganj, Kajoli akther and 2nd is Bangladesh Manobadhiker Sangbadik Foram, Khairuzzaman Kamal 3.Secretary, Bangladesh Women's Health Coalition 4. Treasurer, Coalition for the urban pour, Rebeka Sanyat, and Four executive committee members: 1) Agrojatra Mohila Somity -Bagerhat, Ambia Khatun, 2) Sompurna, Joya Sikder, 3) Ain o Salis Kendra, Faruq Faisal 4) Utsho Bangladesh, Sheepa Hafija.
A three members, the Election Commission (Chief Election Commissioner and 2 Commissioners), conducted this election.
